Future Research Group on People and Organizations | Developing Management Talent in the AI Era
Four sessions to refine management judgment and outline the path for company reform through dialogue with former top executives.
In an era where AI provides "answers," what is required is the management ability to pose questions, make judgments, and drive the organization. The "Future Research Group on People and Organizations" is a small-group, practical program consisting of four sessions aimed at business owners, successors, executives, department heads, and next-generation leaders. Participants will engage in dialogue about their company's management challenges around the same round table as top management experience holders. By not just "listening," but also "questioning, thinking, and conversing," they will refine their management judgment and connect it to their company's reform initiatives. Former top executives from Panasonic, Hino Motors, and JAL Card will take the stage. By incorporating dialogues with executives from different industries, participants will apply practical knowledge to their own company's challenges. Throughout the four sessions, participants will connect to four values: "criteria for judgment," "external sounding board," "company's management challenges," and "company's reform initiatives," linking their learning to the practical implementation of company reform.
